Brokerage fees amount to 3% of the final transaction price and are payable only upon successful completion of the transaction, at the official signing (notary or equivalent document). No fees are charged if the transaction is unsuccessful, unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

By using this site or requesting contact, the client acknowledges acting in good faith and accepts the principle of a confidential professional exchange.

4. Refund Policy

Walzi SA's fees are only charged upon successful completion of the transaction. No deposit or setup fees are required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Therefore, no refund request applies, as fees are only payable upon the official signing of the contract or notarial deed.
